Dr. Meivys Garcia thought that she would become a doctor, get married, have kids and look after them …. and life would be that simple. As a fertility doctor, she had NO idea she would become someone that needed fertility help, herself!
In this episode she gets real and shares her truths including the shame she felt, how she kept her difficulties to herself and didn’t feel she could share her fertility struggles with her co-workers, people who helped others with fertility issues. The truth is, no one is immune to challenges which includes infertility.
