Self care is a buzz term that gets thrown around a lot. Here’s the thing, self care is essential and a form of self-love. But what does self care even mean?
If you think selfcare is selfish or self-indulgent, we invite you to look at it differently. Selfcare is necessary so you can be the best version of yourself which impacts others positively! So, there’s no excuse. Make the time to meditate, get your nails or whatever floats your boat or fills your heart without guilt even if you’re busy as heck… because it’s crucial especially if you’re going through hard times such as going through infertility, miscarriage, caring for an elderly parent, or dealing with an unsupportive boss to name a few.
But there are other ways of self-care which include simple things such as “goal setting” or listening to the body when it says “no.” Curious? Check out this week’s My Fertology podcast.
Have you set goals for yourself recently?
